Wednesday, January 9 – His Excellency the Governor David Pearey is away from the Territory. The Governor departed on January 8 and is scheduled to return on January 12.
Pursuant to Section 39(1) of the Virgin Islands Constitution Order, 2007, the Governor appointed Mr. Elton Georges, CMB, OBE, to be his Deputy during his absence from the Virgin Islands.
